Aquamarines

1. Petite Aquamarine,  Amazonite & Pearl

IMG_0317

This is the sort of necklace you’ll see at the Academy Awards.  It looks like fine jewelry so you can wear it to with Black Tie, but it’s also wonderful with a tee shirt.  I like the aquamarine and pearl combination so much that I’ve done several of these necklaces.   They’re all a little different and all unique, but you might want to compare all the necklaces in this section to make sure you’re ordering your favorite.  This is the smallest of the aquamarine necklaces currently available.

Compare this necklace to any of the important jewelry advertised in magazines like “Town and Country”, and you’ll find that Mother Nature’s “jewels” hold up with the best of them.  This is biggest of the three true Aquamarine necklaces and literally looks like a million dollars!

17. Datolite, Apophyllite & Aquamarine

IMG_0356

This is a necklace with amazing personality.  I’d done a couple of the Aquamarine necklaces and was thrilled with them, but I had a few good Aquamarines leftover plus this strangely wonderful green center-stone and the funny little green and white cotton ball stone.  I smiled as I put them all together and they turned into what I think is one of the prettiest necklaces I’ve made. Perfect for almost every color type!

24. Aquamarine, Apatite & Fuschite

Image 1_1

This may have been the hardest necklace to design that I’ve done.  Every single stone was so strong that it was all tough to balance.  Now that’s it’s finished, it may be my favorite piece.  I love how the Apatite center-stone and the other “teal” stones are all highlighted with camel; it makes this necklace so much more than just a pretty pastel.  And, while you can just barely see it in the photo, the third stone from the top right is a glorious big piece of aquamarine that I could barely afford, but just couldn’t pass up.  So…lucky whoever gets this fabulous necklace!
